Anyone with a toddler knows how much fun these little people can be. Right now, my son is a toddler and we have a blast with him. My husband and I are amazed at how quickly his vocabulary is expanding, as well as how much he is learning on his own. I love the fact that every day is a new adventure for him! Because my son is a toddler, I know that it is a crucial time for him because everything about him is growing – his body, his mind, his understanding of the world around him and much more. For this reason, it’s important that I have an abundance of healthy snacks for toddlers to get us through the day!

I am still in shock that it’s already July! The kids have already been out of school for a month and have less than a month before school starts back up again. Before we know it Christmas will be here. But, I refuse to think about that yet. Right, now I’m still concentrating on enjoying the summer. Like my family, many of you probably go on your family vacation during the summer months. Family vacations are so much fun, but it can be hard to eat healthy food while on vacation. Statistics show that 75% of Americans eat fast food 2-3 times a week with 1/8 of Americans eating it daily. Look, we are all busy people and fast food is a very quick and easy way to feed our family with minimal effort – which creates more time for us to get other things done. However, it is full of trans fat which will put you and your family on the fast-track to obesity and even heart disease.
